Clawback policy
If the customer refunds within 60 days, the commission reverses. After 60 days, the commission stands even if the customer cancels later.
Lead ownership
First partner to submit a valid lead owns it for 60 days. Existing Tendly CRM owners take precedence. Cold leads can be reopened if no response.
Ambassador override
Earn 10% of setup and 10% of monthly recurring on partners you bring into the program, on real customer revenue Tendly collects. One level only. No chain past your direct partner. No signup bounties.
Agency reseller pricing
Agency Partners can resell Tendly Growth at wholesale: pay $400 per account, charge your customer the standard $899, keep the spread. Use it as a 40% lifetime commission alternative when you bill the customer directly.
