You introduce a local service business to Tendly. We handle the onboarding, setup, support, and billing. When they sign up and pay, you earn a revenue share on what they actually pay. Here is every tier, every payout rule, and every line of the fine print.

You start at Affiliate and move up as you produce. Every rate below is a share of the real revenue Tendly collects from the customer, never a signup bounty.

Agency Partner wholesale option
Instead of the 40% lifetime commission, Agency Partners can pay Tendly $400 per Growth account, bill their customer the standard $999, and keep the spread. Use it when you bill the customer directly.

Growth Ambassador override
A separate one-level override. Bring another partner into the program and you earn 10% of setup and 10% of monthly recurring for 12 months on the real customer revenue Tendly collects from the deals your recruited partner closes.
One level only. No chain past your direct partner. No signup bonuses. You earn when your recruited partner's customers actually pay, not when they sign up.
Payout timing
When you actually get paid.
The customer pays
A customer invoice clears in Stripe. Real money, not a signup.
A commission row appears
Tendly emits a row to your ledger the same minute the invoice clears, with status Pending.
Tendly approves it
A Tendly super-admin reviews and flips the row to Approved, usually within a few business days.
You get paid
On the next payout cycle the approved commissions disburse to your account.
Global payouts
Get paid in your local currency.
Partners onboard from over 40 countries, including the Philippines, Mexico, India, Brazil, and Nigeria. Two payout rails cover them all.
The partner portal is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Tagalog, Hindi, and Bahasa. Customer-facing Tendly remains US, UK, AU, and CA at launch.
Stripe Connect Express
The default for countries Stripe supports (US, UK, AU, CA, EU, plus PH, MX, IN, BR, NG, and 40+ others). Funds transfer directly to your local bank.
Wise
The fallback for countries Stripe Connect does not yet support. Same payout schedule, same ledger, same approval flow. You receive in your local currency.
The fine print
The rules, stated plainly.
Clawback
If the customer refunds or cancels within 60 days, the corresponding commission gets reversed (status: Clawed back). Outside the 60-day window, your commission stands even if the customer later churns.
This is straightforward fairness. We do not want to pay commission on customers who never saw value, but once a customer is past the early window you earned the credit.
Lead ownership: who gets credit for a shared lead
60-day ownership window. The first partner to submit a valid business lead (via the partner portal) owns it for 60 days, as long as the business was not already in Tendly's CRM.
Duplicate-lead tie-breaking, in order:
- Existing Tendly CRM owner (we keep prior relationships).
- First valid partner submission.
- Partner with proof of warm introduction.
- Tendly super-admin decision if disputed.
If a lead goes cold (no response, no booked call) inside the 60-day window, Tendly may reopen or reassign it.
What you can and cannot say
Tendly enforces a compliance gate on partner outreach. The following are blocked:
- Guaranteed revenue, jobs, or SEO ranking claims
- Specific income claims like "make $10k/mo"
- "Completely replaces your office staff"
- Fake scarcity ("only 5 spots today" without a real cap)
- Purchased lists, list scraping, spam
See the full Acceptable Use Policy and your Partner Agreement. Violations can suspend your account without forfeit of already-earned commission, but future earnings stop.
